Omraldia Lenses

Omraldia lenses are a conceptual design that will allow the wearer to discern between reality and artificial reality.

 

Background

The omraldia is a voluntary marking for assets created with artificial intelligence. It was introduced in late February 2024 – a time when a slew of artificial intelligence derivative techniques were introduced to the public for the first time.

The Story

The public announcements provided a glimpse into the near future and inspired Volker Bourne and his colleagues at the Global Research Institute of Technology and Innovation to investigate the possibilities of providing lenses that would separate reality and artificial reality.
